Tuesday, October 4th -  Cold Front Brings Drastic Weather Change...

A strong cold front which moved through the area overnight has brought a drastic change to the weather of the past few weeks. Temperatures are nearly 40 degrees lower than yesterday's record highs. Along with the colder temperatures came a blanket of fog which is currently covering the area.

A "Winter Weather Watch" has been issued for the northern mountains west of our area with accumulating snow expected above 9000 feet.

Larimer County and the surrounding foothills are at this time expected to see a snow/rain mix this evening, with warm ground surface temperatures preventing any measurable accumulations.

No official watches or warning are currently in effect for our immediate area.
