Reckless and possibly intoxicated driver flipping off camera after near accident as a result of his bad driving.

Monday, October 17th - Bad Drivers With An Attitude...

Over the past month or so there seems to have been an increase of bad drivers with a bad attitude on our local roadways. A prime example is the driver of this newer model, green, Ford SUV.

After speeding down FDR 128 and coming inches from smashing into a stopped vehicle at the intersection of CO 43, the driver rolled down his window and immediately started screaming, "What the f%$k did you stop for b%$ch?" When it was pointed out there was a stop sign at the intersection the driver then yelled, "So what, there's no cars coming".

The driver then screeched away turning recklessly onto Hwy 34 bound for Loveland, causing oncoming traffic to stop to avoid a head-on collision, as he was driving on the wrong side of the road.

It is this type of careless and extremely dangerous actions by drivers which leads to accidents and deaths. This driver obviously has no respect nor concern for the safety of others on the road as after almost hitting one vehicle, traffic on Hwy 34 had to break due to his being on the wrong side of the highway (note vehicle position in photo). Luckily for him there were no plates  or visible registration on the vehicle or Larimer County Sheriff's Department would have received a call reporting him as a reckless driver, possibly intoxicated, and an email with these pictures as evidence of his erratic driving behavior.

The driver was a young male, with medium length brown hair and approximately 18 years in age. The Vehicle was a new model Ford SUV, dark green in color with no plates. Residents are advised to be alert for this vehicle, be prepared to take defensive action to avoid a possible accident,  and report any aggressive or reckless driving by this individual to the Larimer County Sheriff's Department immediately.
