Fahrenheit 9/11 Opens Tomorrow... The controversial documentary
Fahrenheit 9/11 will open Friday June 25 at the Cinemark Theater, 4721
S. Timberline, in Fort Collins... The film investigates the ties between
the Bush Family and Osama Bin Laden and the politics behind the war in
Iraq... There are only around 700 copies of the documentary in the

Former Estes School Board President Jailed... Former Estes Park
school board president and well known community member Michael Richard
Smith was sentenced Tuesday to serve 18 months in jail for the sexual
molestation of an 8 year old boy... Police also confiscated pornographic
material relating to children from Smith's home during his arrest... In
addition to the jail sentence, Smith will be required to register as a
supervised sex offender for the next 10 years... The family of the now
15 year old Patrick Chappel believes there may be as many as 100 other
victims out there... Patrick states that he came forward in hopes of
letting other children know that help is available if they have been
molested...

Shower Possible Tomorrow Morning... Early Wednesday morning, 3am
MDT, the Earth will be passing through dust and debris left behind by
Comet 7P/Pons-Winnecke... This could possibly result in an outburst of
the Boötid
Meteor Shower... The Storm Mountain area is in the prime

Rainbow Extraordinaire... A brief ray of sunlight shining into the
valley along FDR 128 early this morning created a momentary rainbow
extraordinaire... The sunlight passing through fog and mist caused the
entire valley to come alive with a rainbow of colors... Morning rainbows
are somewhat rare and this type of display is highly unusual...
