Larimer County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Timothy Wayne Brittain, 48, of Estes Park, formerly of Houston, Texas, on a warrant out of Harris County Texas.  The warrant was issued for theft over $200,000, and carries $1,000,000 bond.  The arrest took place on Friday, December 2nd.   

Brittain was arrested without incident at his place of work, Highlander Mortgage Company, 517 Big Thompson Avenue in Estes Park. Brittain is being held at the Larimer County Detention Center without bond.
