well as being a fitting entrance for Fall, the cool temperatures

September 21st- Storm Mountain Fire Update... The
fire that was burning Tuesday evening on Storm Mountain is now
all but out. Crews hit the fire with aerial drops of water and
retardant Tuesday evening, while ground crews worked until dark
on hot spots... more

September 20th- Fire On Storm Mountain... Fire crews
are currently responding to a large fire on Storm Mountain. The
fire is centered in the vicinity of Storm Mountain Drive and Elk
Way. Evacuations are under way for residents in the immediate

September 19th- Fire Danger Approaches Extreme...
Above normal temperatures and below normal precipitation have
led to a steady increase in the area fire danger over the past
week. Very high to extreme fire danger conditions are now being reported
throughout Wyoming and northern Colorado, including Roosevelt

DUI checkpoint in the area of Horsetooth Reservoir on Sunday,
